Change of mind

You can return non-personalised items for store credit as long as you comply with the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving them, together with proof of purchase and a return reference number, which can be obtained by contacting us.
  • Item(s) must be unused with all original packaging and tags/labels attached.
  • Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible to be returned if you change your mind.
  • The purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be given to you as store credit within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and having confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us; such as postage. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Product faults

If you find a fault with your product, please contact us as soon as you notice something is not right and we will provide you with a solution and instructions depending on your situation. Generally, the solution offered will either be a repair or replacement.
